PREP Nutrition provides confidential online information to its customers, agents, licensees, and other individuals with a legitimate business need-to-know. Please read this PREP Nutrition Web Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. Do not proceed or access any information on PREP Nutrition’s website if you are not authorized or do not accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

By using this website, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement as if you had signed a copy of it. Your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

4. No Transfer of Right to Access

Your right to access PREP Nutrition’s website is non-transferable. You may not share, assign, or transfer access under this Agreement.

5. Password and User ID

If the website requires account access, you must maintain the confidentiality of your password and user ID. Do not disclose your credentials to others. Notify PREP Nutrition immediately of unauthorized access, misuse, or if you are no longer authorized to access the platform.

PREP Nutrition’s total liability under any legal theory will not exceed $250.00.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PREP Nutrition, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of applicable laws, this Agreement, or misuse of our services
Any unauthorized use of PREP Nutrition’s content or website
Any damages resulting from your reliance on website information

PREP Nutrition is not responsible for any special or consequential damages arising from product use or website interactions.

10. Modifications of Terms

PREP Nutrition may modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of the website after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. PREP Nutrition may terminate this Agreement without notice, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease access to the website and destroy any confidential information.

12. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding website use, including export control regulations.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ohio, and the county of Hamilton, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Successors and Assigns

This Agreement binds both parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

15. Remedies for Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential information will result in irreparable harm to PREP Nutrition. We have the right to seek immediate legal action, including injunctive relief.

16. Notices

Notices to PREP Nutrition should be sent via email to info@prepnutrition.com. Notices to users will be provided through email or posted on the website.

17. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.

Store Credit Policy

From time to time, PREP Nutrition may issue promotional store credits subject to the following terms:

Store Credit can only be used online at www.PREPnutrition.com.
Store Credit can only be used on the original account and is non-transferable.
Store Credit has no cash value and cannot be purchased.
Purchases exceeding the credit balance require an additional payment method.

How to Check Your Balance

Store credit balances can be found in your Account Page.

Expiration

Unused store credit expires 12 months from the issue date.

Compliance with Law

By using store credit, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and website terms. You agree to indemnify PREP Nutrition from any claims or liabilities arising from misuse of store credit.

Acceptance of Terms

Using store credit constitutes acceptance of these terms. PREP Nutrition reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
